Level 1 Technician
As a Level 1 Technician, you will work under the supervision of a TAM-QLD supervisor to safely carry out rope access and building maintenance works across commercial and residential high-rise buildings throughout Brisbane.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rope access works safely under the direction of TAM-QLD Supervisor

• Carry out window cleaning/pressure washing, and general building maintenance works as required.

• Assist with rope setups, equipment handling, and site housekeeping

• Follow all company safety procedures, SWMS, and client site requirements

• Represent Total Asset Maintenance professionally and maintain a strong work ethic onsite

Level 2 Technician
As a Level 2 Technician, you will take a more experienced role within the team, assisting with advanced rigging, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting the efficient delivery of rope access projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Supervisors with site coordination and daily productivity

• Mentor and assist Level 1 Technicians where required

• Complete site documentation, equipment checks, and maintain high work standards

 Level 3 Supervisor
As a Level 3 Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, professional, and efficient delivery of rope access projects across a range of high-rise maintenance and specialist access works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage rope access projects safely, efficiently, and professionally

• Plan rigging, rescue, and work systems in accordance with industry and company procedures

• Lead crews to maintain strong productivity, safety, and quality standards onsite

• Communicate professionally with clients, site management, and internal teams

• Complete site documentation, reporting, toolbox talks, and equipment compliance requirements
